1.Pre-Construction Preparation

1.Keep the construction area well-ventilated, no construction in enclosed spaces

2.Open flames, smoking, welding, cutting and other flammable & explosive operations are strictly prohibited at the construction site

3.Shake the can vigorously up and down more than 20 times before use to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials

4.Construction personnel must wear goggles, protective gloves and masks for personal protection

5.Children and unrelated personnel are prohibited from entering the construction area to avoid contact with uncured foam

6.Control the construction temperature at 5℃-35℃ for optimal foaming and curing effect

2.During Construction

1.PU foam is only for filling, sealing and insulation, not for load-bearing structural use

2.Only fill the gap between door/window frame and wall, not for fixing doors and windows

3.Follow the principle of small amount and multiple times to avoid overflow and gap expansion caused by excessive filling

4.Uncured foam is prohibited from contacting skin, eyes and clothing

5.It is strictly forbidden to pierce, burn or heat the can to prevent bursting

6.Use flame-retardant PU foam for construction in high-temperature and fire-key areas

7.Stop using immediately if the can has liquid leakage, bulging or other abnormalities

3.Post-Construction Maintenance

1.It takes more than 2 hours for full curing at room temperature, extend curing time in low temperature

2.Do not squeeze, touch or cover the foam before curing; it can be cut and trimmed after curing

3.Cut off the overflow foam directly after curing, do not scrub with solvents forcibly

4.Seal the spray gun of unused can, store in a cool, dry and ventilated place

5.Storage temperature not exceeding 50℃, keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources and children

6.Dispose of empty cans according to hazardous waste regulations, no burning, piercing or random discarding

7.Ordinary PU foam is not fireproof; flame-retardant type only has flame retardancy, not long-term fire resistance

4.Safety Emergency Treatment

1.Skin contact with uncured foam: Wash with soapy water immediately, seek medical attention if severe

2.Eye contact: Rinse with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes immediately, seek medical attention promptly

3.Inhalation discomfort: Move to a ventilated place, seek medical attention if symptoms persist

4.Can damage and leakage: Keep away from fire, open windows for ventilation, clean up properly
